Now more than ever, families are struggling to manage their eating, physical activity, screen time, and sleep. The Aim2Be app can help.
The Childhood Obesity Foundation has created the app for families with funding in part from the Public Health Agency of Canada.
They worked with a team of experts to create and review the content. Reputable organizations collaborated with them to bring Canadians a trusted product. Details at aim2be.ca/resourcesAim2Be is a fun, free healthy living app for families that works for those who actively use it. One small step at a time, families work together to level up to a healthier and happier life.
There's an app for parents and one for kids 10+ years. It's available in the App Store and on Google Play. (It’s available in French too. Details at aim2be.ca.)
